If your hair is easy to control, a medium hold pomade like the Original Hold has more than enough hold to control the hair. If your hair is thick and unruly, the Original Hold can still be used to tame your hair, but you will need a lot more pomade, making a Strong Hold a more cost effective pomade.
Is the Original Hold only good for pomps, side parts and slick backs?
No, the Original Hold is a highly versatile product, used in small amounts, it can be used to create messy, choppy modern looks. It can also be used to tame flyaways when tying up long hair.
Should the Original Hold be applied to wet or dry hair?
I recommend you apply this product to lightly damp or dry hair.
PRO Tip: If you need maximum hold from this product apply to dry hair, but make sure to warm the product between the palm of your hands thoroughly to make sure it spreads and combs easily.
Never apply to wet hair, you will get zero hold and you'll just waste pomade. It's a sin to waste pomade.
Can the Original Hold be restyled throughout the day?
Yes, lightly misting hair styled with water-based pomade like the Original Hold will reactivate the product, allowing the hair to be restyled with ease. Once the product has had time to dry and set, the hold will return and order will be restored to the world.
