Refund policy
Bonafide Superior Grooming Products offers a full refund only for defective products. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered based on personal preference.
Contact us as soon as you can after placing an order for shipping information, order changes, or cancellations. All orders ship by 3PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We can’t make changes after shipping.
All returns for defective products must be started within 30 days of purchase.
To start a return, email sales@bonafidepomade.com within 30 days of placing your order. Include your name and order number and any pictures.
Return items in their original un-used condition.
Any payments refunded will take 2 to 3 business days to be returned to you.
