Frequently Asked Questions

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us, before you return anything back to us! There are a few steps we must take before we can offer a return or refund. This includes lost or missing packages and make sure to include your ORDER NUMBER!

All clearance or sale items purchased on bonafidepomade.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes purchases made on flash sales, holiday sales, or with discount codes.

Exchanges or returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the front of the sales receipt.

You will not receive a refund for your original charge until we receive your returned item.

Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn. No finger pokes in the product or used apparel that smells like it went five cigarettes deep the night before.

Was this our mistake? Please let us know. We strive for perfection but we are only human and we make mistakes from time to time.

Amazon.com & 3rd Party Returns

We do not process third party returns. Please contact those resellers for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We are only responsible for orders that are placed through bonafidepomade.com.

For Amazon.com customers, please process returns or exchanges through Amazon.com.

Domestic Shipping & Transit Times

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package, your shipping address and our carriers current rate.

All orders received before 3PM Pacific Time during our Operation Hours will typically ship the same day.

We normally experience processing times during special sales like Black Friday or during the Holiday Season.

Transit times vary per service and carrier:

USPS Ground Advantage* ~ 3 to 5 business days
USPS Priority Mail ~ 1-3 business days
UPS Ground ~ 4-7 business days

*about 90% off our domestic orders are shipped with this service, including our FREE Domestic Ground Shipping offer.

International Shipping & Customs/Duties

We ship internationally to most countries all over the world, using the best and most reliable carrier per country.

All orders received before 3PM during our Operation Hours will ship the same day.

Transit times vary by service, carrier, and country.

USPS First Class* ~ 7-20 business days
UPS Worldwide Expedited ~ 7-10 business days
FEDEX Int. Economy ~ 7-10 business days

* When using this service, the recipient's Domestic Post Service will make the final delivery. You can use your USPS Tracking Number on your domestic Postal Service websites to track your order.

Customs/Duties are levied at rates set by your country's import laws. The customer is responsible for paying all Customs/Duties.

If you refuse to pay Customs/Duties. your package will be either returned or disposed of. If disposed off, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. If return, we will offer a refund for the amount of the product (not the shipping) once the order is received back in our warehouse.


Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.

All orders flagged for FRAUD using Shopify's Fraud detection software will be canceled and the customer will be notified of the cancelation and the reason.

If an product or item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified accordingly and a refund will be initiated.

Any payments refunded will take 2 to 3 business days to be returned to you.

We are not responsible for missing or lost packages due to customer error when inputing shipping addresses or carrier issues.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package has left our facility.
