Do you accept exchanges or returns from Amazon or 3rd parties?
If you purchased through a third party, (Amazon, Ebay, Barbershop, etc.) we are unable to process a return or exchange for you. Please contact those resellers for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We are only responsible for orders placed through bonafidepomade.com.
I placed just placed an order, when will it ship?
We ship all orders every weekday by 3 pm. If you place an order after 3 pm, it will more than likely ship the next business weekday.
