Once points have been redeemed and discounts codes have been generated, they cannot be converted back into points.

Due to technical limitations (see "Do Points Expire?") we are unable to apply the discount code after you have completed a purchase.

You will have to use those points on your next order. For now, those coupon codes do not expire.

For the most part yes.

Exceptions: Black Friday Sales, Clearance Sales & any sale with a discount 25%+

A referral is considered "successful" when the person you referred uses your referral link and places an order on our website.

As of now, no but eventually they will.

I just have to commit to the $200/month subscription fee that Smile.io App charges to unlock that feature. 😅
