All orders are vetted through our shipping department and MUST be cleared of fraud before leaving our warehouse.
If an product or item is out of stock, you will be notified accordingly and a refund will be initiated.
Any payments refunded will take 2 to 3 business days to be returned to you. The full amount, shipping and taxes will be returned.
We are not responsible for missing or lost packages due to customer error when inputing shipping addresses or carrier issues.
We ship all our orders via United States Postal Service (USPS).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package has left our facility.
