Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us, before you return anything back to us! There are a few steps we must take before we can offer a return or refund. This includes lost or missing packages and make sure to include your ORDER NUMBER!
All clearance or sale items purchased on bonafidepomade.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes purchases made on flash sales, holiday sales, or with discount codes.
Exchanges or returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the front of the sales receipt.
You will not receive a refund for your original charge until we receive your returned item.
Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn. No finger pokes in the product or used apparel that smells like it went five cigarettes deep the night before.

If you purchased through a third party, (AMAZON, EBAY, BARBERSHOP, etc.) we are sorry but we are unable to process third party returns. Please contact those resellers for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We are only responsible for orders that are placed through bonafidepomade.com.
