Return Policy

Please contact us, before you return anything back to us! There are a few steps we must take before we can offer a return or refund. This includes lost or missing packages. 

All clearance or sale items purchased on bonafidepomade.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes purchases made on flash sales, holiday sales, or with discount codes.

Exchanges or returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the front of the sales receipt.

If you purchased through a third party, (AMAZON, EBAY, BARBERSHOP, etc.) we are sorry but we are unable to process third party returns. Please contact those resellers for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We are only responsible for orders that are placed through bonafidepomade.com.

You will not receive a refund for your original charge until we receive your returned item.

Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn. No finger pokes in the product or used apparel that smells like it went five cigarettes deep the night before.

Was this our mistake? Please let us know. We strive for perfection but we are only human and we make mistakes from time to time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package, your shipping address and our carriers current rate. You can always check shipping cost by adding items to your cart and inputting your shipping address without confirming your order.

Shipping Times

Typically shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. During holiday seasons and special sales events shipping may take up to an additional 5 to 10 business.For all orders, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. All orders placed on weekends or after our normal business hours may not be processed and shipped until the following business day. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific time.

First Class Mail: 2 to 5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days

We ship world wide!

International Shipping

International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for delivery and are shipped through United States Postal Service. Customs clearance can take an additional 5-7 days for processing. International orders may also be subject to Customs Clearance Fees, which are the responsibilities of the buyer.

Terms and Conditions

 We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.

All orders are vetted through our shipping department and MUST be cleared of fraud before leaving our warehouse.

 If an product or item is out of stock, you will be notified accordingly and a refund will be initiated.

Any payments refunded will take 2 to 3 business days to be returned to you. The full amount, shipping and taxes will be returned.

We are not responsible for missing or lost packages due to customer error when inputing shipping addresses or carrier issues.

We ship all our orders via United States Postal Service (USPS).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package has left our facility.
